The B.E.S.T. "Action plan" creates the ability for a company to:
- Align, monitor and analyse initiatives around each respective BEE element
- Plan, and understand cost and investment implications related to various BEE initiative options
- Assist with any changes in the company's BEE objectives and overall BEE strategy
- Do scenario planning, thus providing an effective way to analyse and update a current BEE situation
